Boys and Girls Clubs of South Coast BC (BGC) Employment Counsellors provide specialized employment services for Youth and Youth At-Risk at the Centre.
Youth receive specialized services from staff who understand how youth think, and what their life experience and needs are. We are also able provide referrals to agencies which can help with non-employment related issues.
Our staff assist Youth At-Risk address a variety of needs that include: employability skills; career direction; training and peer support; housing; mental health/ addictions counselling; life skills; transportation supports and food security.
